Insurance & Payments

We accept MOST major insurances and Medicaid.  Please be aware our staff will ask for your child’s insurance card each time you come to the office so please make sure you have it with you.  It is standard procedure to verify the insurance at every appointment.  You may be asked to pay a copay before your child is seen (depending on the services).  Once your child has been seen by one of our providers, we will process the billing to the insurance company on your behalf.  Claim processing can take several weeks.  When this process is completed there may be a balance due based on your specific insurance company and the policy you have. We offer several ways to make this payment.  Online payment is available by clicking the link to the secure location below or you can pay over the phone or in person.  We accept cash, checks, credit and debit cards.  If at any time you should have any questions please feel free to call our staff for help or instructions.
